My Girl LOVES Corn on the Cob!!!!

Taylor's New Hide Away

Last weekend when Grandma and Ye-Ye Ron stopped by for the weekend on their way back to FL they brought Taylor a really cute ladybug tent for her to play in. They also got a feel of what it will be like at Christmas if they get Taylor anything that is "assembly required!!!!!!" Taylor loves her new tent and had fun in there this afternoon drawing.

Breakfast With The Girls

Today Taylor had breakfast with Allyson, Jessica and Marissa and as usual had a great time with the girls.

Readoption Day

Today Taylor and I had our court appointment for her readoption. This will allow me to get her a NJ birth certificate. It was a very quick hearing. The judge was so nice and friendly. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes and that included taking pictures with the judge. They even gave Taylor a really cute teddy bear. We (I) decided to dress up for the occasion and Taylor looked so adorable in her dress, lace socks and maryjanes (even if I do say so myself!!!) Several people on the street commented on how cute she looked even the judge told her she looked so pretty in her dress. I am so glad Taylor likes to dress up and wear pretty dresses.

After our court appointment we met up with our friends Michele and Ryan for a pizza lunch and then spent most of the afternoon at the park so the kids could play on the playground. After dinner we met Michele, Ryan and Mike again for a carnival in the town next to theirs. The kids has a blast riding the 4 rides that were their size/speed. They must have ridden each ride 4 times. It was a great day and we had a lot of fun.

Sunday at the Spray Park and Playground

On Sunday Taylor and I met our friends Lauren and Matthew at Dorbrook Park which has a spray park and a great playground. The kids had fun playing in the water at the spray park. Taylor really enjoyed filling up her bucket and dumping the water on Mama's feet....the water was cold..brrrr. After about an hour in the water we took the kids to the playground right next to the spray park. This was some playground. Once again the kids definately had fun. Then it was off to Perkins for lunch. Fun was had by all and we can't wait to go back.

At the playground there were plenty of slides, swings and things to climb. Both Matthew and Taylor loved the side by side slide so they could go down together. If you look closely you can see in this first picture they are holding hands....so cute!!!

Taylor loves to hang from things. These bars were the perfect height for her to hang onto and then lift her feet off the ground. Hasn't quite mastered going from bar to bar while hanging there.

Patiently waiting for our table at Perkins.

Saturday with Grandma

This weekend my Mom came up from Florida to visit and watch Taylor all day Saturday while I went to a scrapbook workshop. I had a great day and as the pictures will show it looks like Taylor had fun with Grandma. Grandma was still in one piece when I came home and she had a good day too.

My Princess

First Swimming Lesson

Last Saturday (7/31) Taylor had her first swimming lesson at the local Y. She really enjoyed it. She is such a little fish in the water.
